Dr. Bạch Huy Anh, MD, PhD

Founder – Board Member

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, a faculty position at Hanoi Medical University, and expertise in reproductive technology, he has held numerous senior positions in hospitals and within the healthcare industry.

Pham Hung Viet

Founder – Vice Chairman of the Board

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Hanoi University. As an entrepreneur, he manages a chain of manufacturing and trading companies.

Phan Tu Quan

Founder – Board Member – CEO

With a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and a Master’s in International Trade and Finance from Leeds Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom, Mr. Phan Tu Quan brings over 25 years of experience in senior management roles. His career includes significant contributions at multinational corporations and major corporations like VNT, Hapag Lloyd, and SNP.

A leader with a balanced perspective who embraces progress and development trends, Mr. Phan Tu Quan is one of the founding members who shaped the path for the development of Hoa Lac Stem Cell Joint Stock Company.

Bui-Xuan-Nguyen

Dr. Bùi Xuân Nguyên

Founder – Chairman of the Board

Former President of the Asian Society for Reproductive Technology, Dr. Nguyen is an international expert in cryobiology for embryos and reproductive cells. He is a pioneer and foundational figure in embryo freezing techniques, in vitro fertilization, embryo splitting, cloning, and stem cell (SC) technology in Vietnam, establishing the groundwork for today’s widely used cellular processing techniques. Dr. Nguyen also advocated to the government for initiatives to develop the field of stem cell research in Vietnam.
