Phan Tu Quan brings about 30 years of extensive experience in business and finance to his current role. As the CEO of HSC, he oversees all business aspects of the organization. Before assuming this position, Mr Quan held key roles as the Business Director at AA Logistics, Saigon Newport Logistics, and Hapag Lloyd.

His educational background includes a B.A. in Economics from the Vietnam National University and an M.A. in International Trade and Finance from Leeds Metropolitan, UK. This academic foundation, coupled with his wealth of practical experience, positions Mr. Quan as a seasoned professional with a comprehensive understanding of local and international business landscapes.
